With Robin Williams' sudden passing this week, many of those who were saddened by the loss put their names to an online petition to get the comedian and actor put into World of Warcraft as a non-playable character.
The petition managed to get over 10,000 signatures in no time. When asked on twitter whether Blizzard had seen the petition, technical game designer Chadd Nervig replied: "Yes. We're taking care of it."
To make this informal confirmation official, the official Blizzard account then tweeted: "@robinwilliams Thank you. You gave us so much joy in our lives, and we hope you enjoyed your time in our world. We'll see you in-game".
It's not yet known how Williams will appear in the game, but he probably would have loved the gesture as he was such a big gamer that he named his own daughter Zelda.
