Marty O’Donnell, the composer most well-known for his work on the Halo franchise, as well as Bungie's upcoming shooter Destiny, has decided to sue Bungie over unpaid benefits. The lawsuit filed against Bungie states that O'Donnell was fired "without cause", and that he'd accumulated vacation time, sabbatical time and paid time off, all of which still hasn't been paid for.
The lawsuit reads:
"Ryan has willfully and intentionally caused Bungie to deprive O'Donnell of accrued but unused vacation time, paid time off, sabbatical time, and other benefits."
O'Donnell had worked with Bungie since 1999 until he was suddenly fired in April of this year without explanation.
