EA revealed today that those who pre-order Crysis 3 will receive a free digital copy of the original Crysis for either the PS3, Xbox 360 or PC platforms. Other pre-order bonuses include the Predator bow and the Hunter Nanosuit, as well as an exclusive shotgun and submachine gun.
This free game bonus follows a rising trend in gaming -- last year, purchasing Batman: Arkham City and Assassin's Creed: Revelations earned you Batman: Arkham Asylum and the first Assassin's Creed, respectively. I think it offers a great incentive and would love to see more of this in an industry mostly dominated by sequels.
Crysis 3 launches February 2013 for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
