Deadly Premonition is one of the most bizarrely divisive titles of this generation. Releasing exclusively for the Xbox 360 in 2010, the survival horror title was the epitome of a "love it or hate it" game, receiving polarizing reviews from critics and a devoted cult following. Now, it looks like PlayStation 3 owners will finally be able to see what the game is all about, with a Director's Cut announced featuring new content and an updated control scheme.
"Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut is both a love letter to fans that supported the game and a great update for new players," said a representative from publisher Rising Star Games. "With the enhancements and new content, the team is confident that old players will re-experience Deadly Premonition the way it was intended to be and that new players will discover a narrative experience unlike any other game."

Deadly Premonition: The Director's Cut is coming exclusively to the PS3 and is slated for a Q1 2013 release. It is unknown if there will be an Xbox 360 version.
