Borderlands 2 is nearing its September 18th release date and, for those peculiar few who actually care about these kind of things, there's a brand new trailer out for The Slaughter Dome. The Slaughter Dome seems, in short, to be an area where you fight off wave after wave of enemies to gain experience points and what not. This idea has become increasingly popular, ever since franchises like Gears of War and Halo started getting in on the act.
To begin with, The Slaughter Dome will only be available to people who have pre-ordered the game from GameStop. However, sooner or later the content will become accessible to everyone that has bought the game, so if you're smart, you can wait for Borderlands 2 to drop to a more reasonable price before buying it.
